well, i got a few complaints about the people receiving email notifications concerning the Arcade. well, ive put together a simple tutorial in the "Site and Forum Help" section that should stop this annoyance for good. if this is bothering you follow the the link below and follow the tutorial. easy enough for anyone to do.

ok, it took a little longer than i anticipated but i finally added more games to the arcade. 23 more games to be exact. they were added at the end of the list of the existing games, so just scroll to the bottom of the existing list and onto the next page to check them all out. there are some good ones in there so i hope you all enjoy.

ive also added a GTalk field for your personal profiles. if you enter your gtalk email address then it will appear on your profile bar next to your comments on the forums and in your personal profile when people visit it when a member clicks on the little "talk" bubble. i had a request for this and have followed through. one or two of you may have noticed some strange errors tonight, and it was a result to a poorly installed mod, but all that is fixed. if you notice any more errors or strange activity ALERT ME RIGHT AWAY so i can correct anything else this mod might have fucked up. thanks for any help and enjoy this new feature, as little as it might be.
9.18.08 - Update by |-noodle-| (tony) sorry for the downtime yesterday and any trouble that it caused for any of you. ive straightened everything out with my web hosting company and everything is in order now. there will be no more unexpected or unannounced downtime if i have any control over it at all, i promise.
also, a few other things. i will updating the arcade games and possibly the arcade version (unless it means score loss, then we will keep the current version and just add games). this should be done by the end of the day today. additionally, ive added a shout box to the Bargertronic blog, BLOGertronic. its pretty nifty, i suggest you go and check it out.
in a separate note, im very pleased with the increase in traffic to Bargertronic. weve had 9 additional, and regular, members since the beginning of september. this is a great sign. activity is increasing every day and more and more people are posting and communicating with one another. this is good stuff. i hope to see things continue on this course and i will personally try to facilitate the recent increase in members the best i can.

9.4.08 - Update by |-noodle-| (tony) A few quick updates.
First of all, the Download Section is ready for use. Any member can feel free to upload some files or download some files at their leisure. The files size limit is 20MB for upload, but i urge you to keep the files size as low as you possible please. Also, please be sure to upload the files into their proper section. If you feel that there isnt a proper section, simply message me and i will update it as needed.
Secondly, ive updated the skin on BLOGertronic! please, go check it out. im very satisfied with the base. ive still got a little jazzing up to do, but i got my badass header in place at least, and i really like the tone of it. and again, please feel free to visit my blog and comment as you wish. you can either click the BLOG button at the top of this site or go to www.bargertronic.com/blog.

8.30.08 - Update by |-noodle-| (tony) Alright now! The graphics are nearly complete now! I just hope that Jenni is cool with all the changes im making. She has been so busy with shit lately I've been doing all this on my own...not that I mind it, i love it actually! I've handmade all the graphics for the site now. I just added a new spash page. It took me a few hours in photoshop but i think i settled on something i like. It might look slightly too sharp for Bargertronic though. We aim for a laid back feel, but i got cought up with a few ideas and the general color scheme here and just went nuts! I hope everyone likes it (even if you just like it a little bit).
I've also added a new "favicon". That is the little icon that appears in your favorites list in internet explorer next to the website name, or in the tab or favorites in FireFox. Yeah, as you can tell I went crazy today. If you haven't visited in a while then this is all probably pretty shocking. That was kind of the effect I was trying to get. I think I've made things look a little smoother and sharper around here. There will be more tweaking and adjusting, so any bugs that you find, feel absolutly free to point out and I will try to address them as soon as i can. I'm already aware of a few and have them on my "to do list" for this weekend. There is a lot more to come and it's all coming very soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

Ok, I've finally made some headway! A NEW SKIN IS IN PLACE!!! YEAH BUD!!! I'm still tweaking it to make it work for our needs though. It was a very basic and plain skin to start, so i have to jazz it up a bit. Jenni unfortunately has more free time now (work issues), so we will be better able to work together and get Bargertronic in line finally. I'm starting to understand this stuff a lot more clearly now, so im excited about everything. Things are moving forward again, so feel free to start posting again. i know things have been difficult and dead lately but Jenni and i will be on Bargertronic a lot more often now, improving things and just being active in the community. Thanks to everyone that has stuck with us thus far and everyone that signs up in the near future. You are awesome people!

Well, despite my best efforts seemingly nothing has been done to Bargertronic. I tried a new skin, had a lot of problems, had to go back and am now firmly back at square one with my thumb up my ass. Im back into the swing of things again though and will now be aggressively attacking the problems here at Bargertronic. First item on my list is to sort out the colors so all of text is visible. But alas, i can do no more tonight. Ive been working on this shit for hours now and have to go to bed. Things will get set straight here and hopefully soon now. Sorry for all the delays and issues. Bare with us just a little bit longer.

Okay, we have let shit go for a while now and activity has been dismal. We are hoping to remedy both of these problems this weekend. Both fortunately and unfortunately we have no money for gas or other activities this weekend which firmly plants our asses at home, where we can finally focus on Bargertronic and get things tidied up and moving once more. So, keep an eye peeled this weekend for some major and minor changes.
Bargertronic will live again!!

Well shit.I didn't get to do any updates this weekend as i wanted to but I'm hoping to address some things on my "critical list" this week. I need to get with Jenni when she has a day off though, and lately this is a hard thing to manage. She is working her ass off and being completely awesome about it. And so with her working at night and me working during the day, it's making it difficult to collaborate. But i promise I will be doing what i can in the near future. I'm in the dark about a few things that i need her to enlighten me on, but after that I will be doing what I can to get things rolling again. : )
6.27.08 - Update by |-noodle-| (tony) Ok, it's been a while since we've given an update, but here I am! We've CRAZY busy for the past month and haven't barely been able to visit Bargertronic, let alone update it. But this weekend I'm free for the most part so I'm going to personally see to it that we fix this fucking skin! :P Anyone that has been displeased with the sites recent appearence, worry no more! We are also going to try and get the Blog system up as well. So hang in there folks and thanks for being so patient. :)

6.2.08 - Update by Jenni New stuff! And more new stuff on the way! The look of the forum is going to change a little again. The theme we're using isn't compatible with the features I'd like to add, which include better user profiles, blogs on profiles, comments on profiles, and so forth. I've been working on our main page, so check it out if you've got a moment. Things are going fairly well considering I'm learning the programming language (PHP - never worked with it before!) as I code & design the site's pages and features.

6.1.08 - Update by Jenni So there's a new feature! A Photo Gallery. You can check it out by clicking this link -> GO I'm working on uploading photos right now. The cool thing about this gallery is YOU can upload stuff too. I designated a few categories for fun images to share. I especially would love it if you uploaded pics to the "messed up pics" album. come on, gross me out?
5.30.08 - Update by Jenni Last night I got wordpress set up. I don't have time before work today to write the first blog or anything, but know that it's in the works. I also downloaded coppermine photo gallery, which will allow us to upload photos, arrange them by albums, leave comments, and even rate them. I'm working on various Mods for the site including extended personal profiles. Stick with us... we're desperately in need of attention.
5.29.08 - Update by Noodle Well, some new poop today! Ive updated some of the graphics to suit the site a little better. Also, as you can see, I've added a Chat Box to this page! It's live!It's also easy to register for it as well. Just simply click the "Set Your Name" button on the bottom left of the Chat Box and follow the simple instruction. It only takes a second to register. Should be fun!!
